Botanical Sonoran Sunrise Chrysocolla Pendant

This eye-catching piece features a lustrous teardrop shaped chrysocolla cab; surrounded by a botanical themed background mimicking the cabochons vivid earth tones. While similar in appearance to turquoise, chrysocolla is a blue green crystal due to it's high copper content. It is transparency is opaque to transparency with a vitreous to greasy luster. It is also made up of Malachite, Cuprite, Quartz, Azurite, and Limonite.

Once piece was created the last steps are oxidation (darkened) and polished to enhance the texture and details. Aside from the cabochon stones everything is 100% sterling silver. Comes on a 20 inch long cable chain.
