All pieces are hand fabricated by me Lauren Anabela, founder and owner of Creative Dexterity. Please allow 1-4 weeks for your item to be delivered. Even if you choose expedited shipping please be aware that your order may still take up to a week to complete but I will do my best to accommodate any urgent orders.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY: All pieces unless otherwise noted are made with sterling silver. Sterling through wear and environment exposure will tarnish. All sterling purchases over $200 are shipped with a small square foam polishing pad to use when signs of tarnish are visible. For more tips please visit my Caring & Cleaning (coming soon)!

PAYMENT: All prices are set on this website are in United States Dollars (USD). Please not that there is an additional 6.25% tax charge for all Massachusetts orders. You may pay directly through my secure Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant shopify e-commerce website. I also accept payment through my Paypal account another safe, secure and easy payment choice method. You can also opt to pay using your credit card via Paypal rather than opening a new user account.

SHIPPING: Unless otherwise requested all packages will be shipped to the billing address.
At this time the shipping rates are based on your orders total.  Please read 'Delivery Time and Cost' below.

Purchases will be shipped 1-5 business (1-7 days during the Holiday season) days after payment is received (M-F). Custom Made-To Orders please allow an additional 5-10 days before the item is shipped (M-F).

Shipping costs include: bubble wrap, gift boxes/containers, package envelope and/or boxes though I try to recycle my cardboard boxes and shipping material as much as possible.

All USA orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation.

USPS "Delivery Confirmation" number is different than a tracking number from UPS or FedEx. The only time USPS updates their website with that information is as follows:
1) The item has actually been delivered to an address
2) The item has been forwarded to a different address
3) There is some sort of problem with the shipment.


Creative Dexterity is NOT responsible and will NOT issue refunds for packages that do not arrive at the correct address and/or get lost in the mail. If you are ordering an item as a gift it is recommended using a signature request option.  Since Creative Dexterity does insure each package we will work with you and file an insurance claim for lost or damaged packages.

At this time all international orders are done through USPS via First Class Mail International (M-F) to USPS Express (depending on your orders total, refer to 'Delivery Time and Cost' below). First Class International is basic airmail service and there is NO insurance or tracking capability (unless the package is registered. see below paragraph). First Class International is the most reasonably priced shipping method however it may take weeks (1-6 often longer) for your package to arrive. Most of the delays are due to customs, which I have no control over.

Though it is not mandatory it is advised to insure and register your USPS International First Class Airmail package for an additional fee. Creative Dexterity is NOT responsible and will NOT issue refunds for unregistered or uninsured packages that do not arrive at the correct address and/or get lost in the mail. If you would like to add insurance and/or register your Airmail package please contact me prior to making your purchase. Estimate for registered mail with insurance is an additional $12-15.

International orders with a total of $51-$100 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail in a Small Flat Rate Box with insurance. It is estimated it will take 6-10 business days but may take about 2 weeks. Please note that small flat rate boxes do not provide tracking, if you would like to have your package tracked it must be registered or shipped in a medium flat rate box for an additional fee. Please contact me directly for any inquiries about registering or tracking your package.

Please be advised that all international customers are responsible for their own customs fee, taxes, VAT and dues etc within their country. I mark all customs forms with the proper declared value of each piece.

To date most international packages have arrived to their destination, though I have experienced some issues shipping to Germany, in which case I recommend having your packages insured, using a different carrier (UPS or FedEx) and/or express shipped.

If you require faster shipment or wish to use another shipping carrier (UPS or FedEx), please contact me BEFORE placing the order and I will update the item with new shipping charges.

Orders $30 and below:
USPS DOMESTIC FIRST CLASS MAIL (2-7 business days) $5
Orders $30.01-$100
USPS DOMESTIC PRIORITY MAIL (2-5 business days) $10
Orders $100.01 and above
USPS DOMESTIC EXPRESS MAIL (1 business day) $25

Orders $50 and below:
USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL (2 - 4 weeks possibly longer depending on location, customs and postal service within your country) $$10
Orders $50.01-100:

Orders $100.01 and above:
USPS INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS MAIL (1 - 3 business days) $25

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: Returns are handled by a case to case basis but I strive for you to be satisfied with your purchase, so please contact me promptly after receiving your item if it arrived damaged or was otherwise not as described in the listing.*  Please do not return any items until I have been contacted.  Response from me, Lauren/Creative Dexterity,  is usually within 24hrs so we can decide how to proceed.

Returns must be shipped back to me within 7 business days of receipt (or contact from me).  Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Carrier and method of shipping is the customers choice but delivery confirmation/tracking is required so I can track the package and assure a proper replacement. All items must be unworn or otherwise in the condition they were sent in as well as returned in the same type of material they were mailed in ( bubble wrapped and padded envelope with delivery confirmation).

Once I receive the returned item, I will immediately process your refund (minus shipping charges). No refund can be issued if the item isn't returned within the 7 day time frame.


 - Due to sanitary reasons earrings sales are final.

- "OOAK/One of a Kinds", "Made to Order" or "Custom Order" items are unique in nature - all sales are final.

- "Sale/Final Sale" listed items are final.

- Uninsured and/or Unregistered (International) Packages

- No refund can be issued if the item isn't returned within the 7 day time frame.
