Two-Tone 3D Heart Studs

I've always been intrigued by three dimensional interlocking shapes. That inspiration helped me to create these two-toned heart slice earrings. Two separate pieces of sterling silver were carefully fused together making them look like they were grown that way. Each post was then oxizided and then areas were sanded back giving it the two-toned complementary 3-D look. My new favorite design that can be worn year round.
